What is kept

Nothing. A scan streams its findings to your screen and is not stored. There is no account and no email address to give.

How often you can scan

The service limits how many scans one address can run each hour, and how many it runs in total. If you reach either limit, the scan says so instead of starting.

How the scan identifies itself

It fetches with its own user agent, ai-visibility-scan, and obeys your robots.txt for that agent. Disallow it there and the scan skips those pages and says so.

Deeper checks for a domain you own

Not available yet. Whether models name you, and who they name instead, asked again each month, will need proof that the domain is yours: a DNS record or a file on the site.
