Project memory

What the team learns about a repository is kept as markdown in that repository, under .lucitra/. You can read it, diff it and correct it like any other file, and it travels with the repository.

It holds reasoning, never source code: decisions, how the repository works, what was tried.

How it changes

Agents never write to it directly. While a task runs, an agent can propose something worth remembering. The proposals are held until the work is delivered, then arrive together as one pull request, separate from the code change. A person merges it or closes it.

A proposal you have already rejected is not offered again.

The app shows the same pages as a graph and a reader.
