Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of lucitra.ai, the visibility scan and Agent Teams (the "Services"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Lucitra, Inc. ("Lucitra") may update it, and will change the effective date above when it does.

1. Permitted Uses

Permitted uses include:

• Scanning your own website, or a public website, to see how AI crawlers read it
• Running agents against your own repositories, or repositories you are authorized to work on
• Connecting your own accounts, such as a runtime subscription or a code host, with credentials you hold
• Sending yourself notifications about your own work, on a number or device you have verified
• Keeping a project memory in a Git repository you own
• Academic research and educational use

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for any of the following purposes:

• Weapons systems: Deploying agents for autonomous weapons, weapons targeting systems, or other lethal autonomous systems
• Mass surveillance: Deploying agents designed for mass monitoring of individuals without consent, including population-scale surveillance systems
• Deceptive content: Using agents to generate disinformation, deepfakes, or deceptive media
• Illegal activity: Any use that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Unauthorized access: Running agents against systems, repositories or accounts you are not authorized to use
• Scan abuse: Using the scan to overload a website, to get around its limits, or as part of an attack on a site
• Messaging abuse: Adding a phone number or destination that is not yours, or using messaging channels to send anything other than notifications about your own work
• Service disruption: Deliberately overloading, disrupting, or degrading the Services, including denial-of-service attacks
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the Services' source or infrastructure, except where the law allows it

3. Limits and Fair Use

• The scan limits how many scans one address can run each hour, and how many it runs in total
• The contact form limits how many submissions one address can send
• Automated use of the scan or the contact form must stay within those limits
• Lucitra may throttle or block traffic that generates load disproportionate to legitimate use

4. Export Control

The Services are subject to US export control laws and regulations. You may not use the Services if you are located in, or are a national or resident of, any country subject to comprehensive US sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine). You are responsible for compliance with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

5. Abuse Reporting

If you become aware of any use of the Services that violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@lucitra.ai. We investigate all reports and will take appropriate action.

6. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• A written warning with a period to put it right
• Blocking access to the scan or the contact form
• Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required

Lucitra will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Services or other people.
