Cookie Policy
Effective October 3, 2026
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Sites also use your browser's local storage in the same way. This policy covers both.
2. What We Store
Essential (always on): Remembers the choice you make here. Nothing else is stored until you turn analytics on.
lucitra-consent(local storage, set by Lucitra): Your analytics choice. Kept: until you clear it.
Analytics (only after you accept): Shows us which pages people read, what breaks, and which links bring people here, so we know what to fix. Off until you turn it on.
ph_<key>_posthog(cookie, set by PostHog (US), through ph.lucitra.ai): A random identifier for your browser, and the current session. Kept: 1 year.ph_<key>_posthog(local storage, set by PostHog (US), through ph.lucitra.ai): The same identifier, as a backup to the cookie. Kept: until you clear it.lucitra-last-touch(session storage, set by Lucitra): The link or campaign that started this visit, sent only with a contact form message. Kept: until you close the tab.lucitra-first-touch(local storage, set by Lucitra): The link or campaign of your first visit. Kept: until you clear it.lucitra-last-touch(local storage, set by Lucitra): The link or campaign of your latest visit. Kept: until you clear it.
Before you accept, PostHog is not loaded, so nothing from it is stored or sent. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you have not chosen, we treat it as opting out.
We use no advertising or marketing cookies, and no cookies from social networks.
3. Analytics
If you accept analytics, we use PostHog to record the pages you visit, how you move between them, and errors the site hits. We use it to see which pages are useful and to fix what breaks. Until you accept, and if you opt out, PostHog is not loaded and nothing is sent. PostHog stores this data in the United States. See the Privacy Policy for how long it is kept.
4. Changing Your Choice
Choose Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to see what is stored and turn analytics on or off. Opting out stops analytics and removes the identifier PostHog stored and the visit history kept for it. You can also block cookies in your browser. The site works without them.
5. Third Parties
The only third party that stores data in your browser through our site is PostHog, our analytics provider, as described above. The site loads no advertising, social media or tracking scripts from other companies.
6. Updates to This Policy
We will update this policy when what we store changes, and change the effective date at the top of this page.
