FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a validation run?

Each time you submit a dataset for validation, it counts as one run. Re-downloading existing reports or viewing results does not count.

What simulation tools are supported?

Lucitra Validate works with datasets from NVIDIA Isaac Sim, NVIDIA Omniverse, Unreal Engine, and any tool that exports COCO, KITTI, or USD formats. Custom format support is available on Enterprise plans.

Can I integrate validation into CI/CD?

Yes. Use the CLI, REST API, or our GitHub Action to run validation automatically when datasets change. Set score thresholds to gate your training pipeline.

What data formats do you accept?

We support COCO JSON, KITTI, USD/USDZ, and custom annotation formats. Datasets can be uploaded as ZIP archives containing images and annotation files.

Where is my data stored?

Datasets are stored encrypted in Google Cloud Storage (US regions). Data is processed solely for validation and is never used to train our models. Default retention is 90 days, configurable on Enterprise plans.

Is there a free trial for Enterprise?

Yes. Contact us for a guided evaluation with your own datasets. We can run validation on your data and walk through the results together.
